What we do
The area of planning law is highly regulated and complex. We provide legal advice, strategy and representation to assist clients address the wide range of legal issues that arise in land use and development projects. We represent clients in negotiating with Government and key stakeholders, through to administrative review proceedings in the State Administration Tribunal, Magistrates Court and Supreme Court.

Assisting purchasers and sellers with due diligence and advice on property impacts, including validity of existing approvals, development restrictions, environmental constraints, reservation orders, and other potential impacts. We will liaise with expert consultants and engage with key stakeholders to formulate the most beneficial strategy to achieve the clients’ overall project objectives.

Appeals and Disputes
We are experienced litigators acting for a diverse client base of individual land owners, developers, agribusiness, commercial businesses, schools and other public institutions. When an application is refused or approved subject to conditions unsatisfactory to the applicant we can provide the strategic advice and representation, in arbitration, tribunal or court proceedings, necessary to assist in addressing the central issues and bringing the project back on track.
