Sindy Goodhew

Admitted in the Supreme Court of Western Australia and the High Court of Australia, Sindy holds a Juris Doctor in Law, Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and is a Nationally Accredited Mediator. Sindy’s expertise, interests and ability to deliver outcomes for her clients is supported by 25 years’ extensive experience in the commercial and property sectors.
Sindy advises clients on a range of commercial matters including property acquisitions, commercial property leasing, strata and property disputes and contracts. Sindy has a special interest in land compensation, with experience in land reservation and compulsory acquisition under the both the Planning and Development Act 2005 and the Land Administration Act 1997. She has been involved in a broad range of planning and environmental matters including land use conflict, development and subdivision proposals, water licensing, contaminated sites, noise regulations, appeals to the State Administrative Tribunal, planning and building prosecutions.

Where a fixed fee quote is not possible, our fee estimates are highly competitive, realistic and timely ensuring our clients remain fully informed and in control.
