The role
A great opportunity exists for an Associate or Senior Associate Lawyer with strong experience in general commercial and commercial litigation to join our team.
You will have the opportunity to work on a range of general commercial and commercial litigation matters, including complex transactions and proceedings in the State and Federal Courts, across a range of industries.
About you
To succeed in this role you will need:
- Demonstrated experience (4+ years PQE) in general commercial matters and commercial litigation.
- Excellent drafting and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong technical and strategic ability.
- A willingness to build an understanding of clients and their business and develop effective working relationships.
